We deliver islandwide. Orders above S$100 are free of delivery charge.
Orders below S$100 will incur a fixed delivery fee of S$10.
Your order may take up to 48 hours to process (excluding weekends and public holidays). Our standard delivery period is 5-7 working days.
If you would like faster delivery, please contact us via email at email@example.com and our customer service team will assist you.
Contact us via Facebook, Instagram, or email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange shipping to other countries. Our customer service team will assist you in your order and getting the best shipping quotation.
Shipping fees and customs or import duties must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the costs would be because customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
Does Meraki Lily offer personalised gift messages?
Yes we do. Write your message in the additional comments section before checking out. We will include your message along with your order.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Upon payment, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order.

Returns/Refunds & Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for items in original resaleable condition.
